SIS Go Energy Bake Soft Energy Bar 50g

There are very few nutrition products that everyone in the peloton agrees on.  With the texture of a moist cake filled with lemon or strawberry, this Sis Energy Go Bake cake is, however, a hit with everyone! Containing 30 grams of carbohydrates and 10 grams of fructose, it provides the same nutrients as a gel.

Thanks to its unique texture, it’s very easy to eat whilst cycling and lifts your spirits when you’re feeling peckish. It can also be eaten before your ride or as a snack.

One of the Energy Bake cake’s key strengths is its ability to withstand high temperatures without spoiling. It retains its texture and flavour even at temperatures above 37°C. (We can confirm this – we’ve tested it!!!)
