Before or during exercise, you need effective fuel for your muscles. This SIS Science in Sport Go Energy bar provides nearly 25 grams of carbohydrates with a very low fat content (less than 2 grams). This extra energy is all the more remarkable given that the bar weighs only 40 grams. This smaller size compared to larger energy bars has the advantage of optimising assimilation by the body for a quicker energy "shot". Directions for use: these bars should be consumed before or during exercise and without water.
