This PowerBar gel is packed with cutting-edge technology. It provides two sources of carbohydrates (C2Max) to sustain you during exercise. It also contains sodium to help prevent the loss of this mineral whilst exercising. This gel also contains 50mg of caffeine.

The Powergel PowerBar is very easy to digest. Its semi-liquid texture means it can be consumed even during intense exercise. It has been the pros’ choice since 1996! It pairs perfectly with the PowerBar bar and the drink.

Directions for use:

Take one gel every 40 minutes during your sessions. Make sure you stay well hydrated after each dose!

Maltodextrin, water, fructose, salt, acidity regulator (citric acid), caffeine (0.1%), sodium citrates, natural flavourings, preservative (potassium sorbate).
