PowerBar Energize Original Banana 55g energy bar

Powerbar is a pioneer in the field of sports nutrition, and its PowerBar bar continues to be a favourite amongst top athletes. It provides two sources of carbohydrates, in keeping with its C2Max concept. To support muscle performance, magnesium and sodium have been added to minimise losses due to sweating during exercise.

Based on our experience with this product, we recommend using it during endurance events or 30 minutes before the start of a fast-paced race where nutrition may be difficult to manage. It is also a product we favour for starting a training session with a good energy reserve.

Technical specifications:

- 1 to 4 bars per day. 1 bar with a drink during the hour before exercise and/or at regular intervals during exercise.
