Powerbar is a pioneer in the field of nutrition and its PowerBar is always a favourite with top athletes. It provides two sources of carbohydrates to remain faithful to its C2Max concept. To promote muscle performance, magnesium and sodium have been added to minimise losses due to perspiration during exercise.
Our experience with this product allows us to recommend its use in endurance events or 30 minutes before the start of a fast race where feeding will be difficult. It is also a food that we recommend for training with good energy autonomy.
