This gel helps you anticipate energy slumps and allows you to perform at your best during rides lasting more than 2 hours. The formula also includes BCAAs (branched-chain amino acids) to maintain your muscle mass.Its liquid texture makes it very easy to absorb throughout the event. Take one gel every 45 minutes to 1 hour of exercise and remember to rehydrate afterwards.

Ingredients:

Citrus flavour : Glucose syrup, water, maltodextrin, fructose, minerals (magnesium citrate, zinc gluconate), natural grapefruit, orange and lemon flavourings, branched-chain amino acids (L-Leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine), salt, acidity regulator (citric acid), vitamins (C, E, B6, B1, B2), preservative (potassium sorbate).

Red fruit flavour : Glucose syrup, water, maltodextrin, fructose, blackcurrant juice concentrate (1%) and raspberry juice concentrate (1%), natural strawberry and blackcurrant flavourings, minerals (magnesium citrate, zinc gluconate), branched-chain amino acids (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine), salt, acidity regulator (citric acid), vitamins (C, E, B6, B1, B2), preservative (potassium sorbate).

Apple flavour : Glucose syrup, water, maltodextrin, fructose, concentrated apple juice, natural apple flavouring, minerals (magnesium citrate, zinc gluconate), branched-chain amino acids (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine), salt, acidity regulator (citric acid), vitamins (C, E, B6, B1, B2), preservative (potassium sorbate).

From a practical point of view, this tube works quite well. A system to hold the tip on the tube after opening would prevent it from being lost. The energy contribution seems sufficiently correct on long rides (+100km), obviously combined with energy bars and a drink. Taking one gel max per hour is also appreciated. The 'Citrus' flavor is quite pleasant; for a completely personal choice, I would have liked a 'Coffee' flavor... (Translated review)

I find its use complicated, the tube does not empty easily and once put back in the pocket, the little that remains leaks and stains your jersey. Very sweet product giving a sensation of acidity. Otherwise effective on a 4-hour ride but I prefer the almond bars from this same brand. (Translated review)

The taste is particular and this product irritates my throat. I will try other flavors to see if it comes from the product or just the flavor because I find it effective on long rides. (Translated review)
