The 5 Electrolytes isotonic drink tablets contain all the electrolytes needed to regenerate muscles during heavy perspiration. Less risk of cramps and oxidation thanks to the presence of sodium, chloride, potassium, magnesium and calcium. Low in calories so as not to increase your overall daily calorie intake and/or boost your metabolism to burn fat.

Unsweetened drink, available in Raspberry-Pomegranate, Pink Grapefruit or Lemon Tonic (lemon) flavours - 75mg of caffeine. The grapefruit version contains caffeine.Very easy to use: 1 effervescent tablet to be dissolved in a 500 to 750ml bottle of water. Ingredients:- Raspberry Pomegranate: acid (citric acid), acidity regulator (sodium carbonates), minerals (12.1%) (sodium chloride, potassium chloride, calcium carbonate, calcium phosphates, magnesium hydroxide), humectant (sorbitol), inulin, starch, natural flavourings, colourings (beetroot red, carotenes), sweetener (sucralose). Pink Grapefruit: acid (citric acid), acidity regulator (sodium carbonates), minerals (12.1%) (sodium chloride, potassium chloride, calcium carbonate, calcium phosphates, magnesium hydroxide), humectant (sorbitol), inulin, starch, natural flavourings, caffeine 75mg, colourings (beetroot red, carotenes), sweetener (sucralose).- Blackcurrant: Acidifier (citric acid), acidity regulator (sodium carbonates), mineral salts (14.7%) (potassium chloride, calcium carbonate, sodium chloride, magnesium hydroxide, tricalcium phosphate), humectant (sorbitol), inulin, natural flavourings, starch, sweetener (sucralose), maltodextrin, beetroot juice powder, colouring (lutein).

- Lemon: Acidifier (citric acid), acidity regulator (sodium carbonates), mineral salts (14.7%) (potassium chloride, calcium carbonate, sodium chloride, magnesium hydroxide, tricalcium phosphate), humectant (sorbitol), inulin, natural flavourings, caffeine (1.80%), starch, sweetener (sucralose).
