The Powerbar Ride Energy bar provides a boost of energy when fatigue sets in during prolonged exertion. It is suitable for a wide variety of sports, as well as for everyday life, when you feel a slump at the end of the day. The magnesium content gives your metabolism a boost. The combination of peanuts and caramel is also very tasty!

Chocolate-caramel, peanut-caramel and coconut-caramel flavours

Directions for use: 1 bar within 60 minutes before exercise, 1 to 3 bars per day as a supplement to a varied and balanced diet.

This bar is practical, to be favored in the bag and very useful in case of hunger. Quite digestible, even during intense effort, which is not the case for all bars. I use another type for regular refueling, while this one is a backup, especially in the mountains. (Translated review)
