Directions for use:

With 22 grams of carbohydrates, this gel can be consumed 1 to 3 times per hour, as it is recommended to consume 60 to 90g of carbohydrates within 60 minutes during a typical training session. You can take a gel between high-intensity intervals to replenish your glycogen stores as quickly as possible. It is essential to stay regularly hydrated whilst taking these gels.
