Directions for use:

Given that each SIS Beta Fuel Orange Energy Gum bar contains 45 grams of carbohydrates, it is recommended to eat 1 to 3 bars per hour depending on the type of exercise being performed. The aim is to consume 80g to 120g per hour during exercise. In cold weather, it is even advisable to consume more to avoid any physical problems. This bar is easy to use: simply take it out of your pocket, tear open the wrapper and chew the bar while cycling.
