This SIS Science in Sport GO Electrolyte Tropical drink is designed for cyclists who sweat a lot and need to balance their energy with good hydration. In a 500 ml bottle, it is recommended to add 40 grams of powder, or 2 SIS doses. After mixing well by shaking the bottle, drink this mixture every hour, in addition to a diet based on gels and/or bars.
