Each SIS Beta Fuel Orange energy gel contains 40 grams of carbohydrates. Given that it is recommended to consume 80 to 120 grams of carbohydrates per hour of exercise, it is therefore necessary to drink 1 to 3 gels every hour in addition to regular hydration. In cold weather, you may need to consume more.

It is easy to use: simply tear open the top of the packet and squeeze the contents into your mouth as and when you need them. This gel is practical, fits easily into a pocket and is unlikely to open during use.
