PowerBar Isoactive is a powder for preparing an isotonic drink with carbohydrates and minerals. It contains a scientifically developed formula composed of different sources of carbohydrates. Carbohydrate assimilation is optimised thanks to this ratio of glucose and fructose sources (C2MAX Dual Source CarbMix). Isoactive also contains minerals in proportions equivalent to those lost through perspiration. Special ratio of glucose and fructose (C2MAX Dual Source Carb Mix). Provides the body with 5 electrolytes (sodium, chloride, potassium, magnesium, calcium). With natural flavours and colours. Recommended consumption: Mix 33g (approx. 3 spoonfuls/1 sachet) in 500ml of water. During exercise, it is recommended to consume up to 90g of carbohydrates per hour depending on the intensity and duration.
One serving of Isoactive provides approximately 29g of carbohydrates. As a supplement to a varied and balanced diet. Drink 200 to 300 ml during the hour before exercise. Drink 150 to 200 ml every 15 minutes during exercise. Composition: Glucose, maltodextrin, fructose, mineral salts (sodium citrate, sodium chloride, calcium gluconate, potassium chloride, magnesium citrate, calcium lactate), acidifier (citric acid), natural flavouring, safflower concentrate, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).
