Overstims Magnesium Chocolate Energy Bar 50g

The OVERSTIM.s Chocolate-Magnesium energy bar combines a source of carbohydrates with magnesium in a soft, moist texture made from milk chocolate and oat flakes. Each 50 g bar provides 29 g of carbohydrates and 120 mg of magnesium – equivalent to 32% of the reference nutritional values – contributing to normal neuromuscular function during exercise.

Delicious and energy-packed, it makes a great addition to OVERSTIM.s drinks and gels during exercise, or a suitable snack when feeling tired due to stress.

Directions for use:

Before exercise: can be eaten approximately 1 hour before a training session as a snack.

During exercise: it complements the action of energy drinks and gels and should be taken in small amounts at regular intervals. It can also be eaten as a snack during periods of stress-related fatigue.
