Apurna Hydration energy drink powder 500g

The Hydration drink meets your hydration and energy needs throughout your workout. It contains carbohydrates and electrolytes as well as vitamins and minerals to protect your body from oxidative stress. Its isotonic properties promote water transport for perfect hydration during exercise. It is advisable to drink regularly before, during and after exercise, ideally every 15 to 20 minutes. Depending on the ambient temperature, you should consume between 0.5 and 1 litre of drink per hour of activity. Recommended dosages:- 40g (2 scoops) for 500ml - 60g (3 scoops) for 750ml- 80g (4 scoops) for 1000ml
