The SIS Science In Sport Electrolyte SiS GO energy drink with lemon/lime flavour is an easily digestible powder that provides the body with a significant amount of carbohydrates. In addition to this instant energy for your muscles, you also benefit from numerous minerals such as magnesium and potassium, which have a beneficial effect on prolonging muscle performance.

Directions for use: SiS GO Electrolyte is particularly effective when you are sweating profusely and need to balance your energy intake with proper hydration. Mix approximately 40g of powder with 500ml of water and consume every hour during exercise lasting more than 90 minutes. The drink can be supplemented with other sources of carbohydrates such as SiS GO isotonic energy gels. This drink can also be used as an energy boost before exercise. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians, and free from lactose, gluten, wheat, nuts and soya.
