SIS Hydro Lemon energy drink, 20 tablets

Thanks to its high electrolyte content (magnesium, potassium, mineral salts), this energy drink compensates for water loss during exercise to maintain the body's nutritional balance. The lemon flavour also provides a fresh and original taste for flavourful hydration.

Directions for use: dilute one 4.5g tablet in 500mL of water. These tablets should be consumed as part of a healthy, varied and balanced diet. These tablets are suitable for vegans and do not contain gluten or lactose.
