PowerBar PowerGel Hydro Cola Energy Gel 67ml

This gel provides two sources of carbohydrates (C2Max) to immediately release the fuel needed to prevent fatigue. The second, slower-release source helps to replenish energy stores. Sodium is also included in the formulation to support muscle performance. This Cola flavour contains 100mg of caffeine to help the athlete stay alert.

The sachet is also new, designed to be easier to open whilst exercising. This means you’re no longer left with that little bit of packaging in your mouth that you end up throwing on the ground; it stays attached to the sachet. Simple and eco-friendly.

This Hydro version is hugely popular with couriers due to how easily it’s absorbed and the fact that it can be attached to a water bottle whilst refuelling (an elastic band works a treat).
