This PowerBar gel is a concentrated source of energy. It provides two sources of carbohydrates (C2Max) to support you during exercise. It also contains sodium (approximately 200mg) to limit the loss of this important mineral during exercise. The Espresso flavour contains 53mg of caffeine. A test allows you to enjoy this gel with a flavour that, for us, is closer to cappuccino. It is a little sweeter and more flavourful.
