PowerBar Energize Original Cookie and Cream Energy Bar

Powerbar is a pioneer in the field of sports nutrition, and its ‘ PowerBar ’ bar continues to be a favourite amongst top athletes. It provides two sources of carbohydrates and remains true to its C2Max concept. To boost performance and optimise muscle function, it contains added magnesium and sodium to minimise losses due to sweating during exercise.

Based on our experience with this product, we recommend using it during endurance events or 30 minutes before the start of a fast-paced race when it will be difficult to eat. We also favour this product for starting a training session with a good energy reserve.

Ingredients:

Cookie Cream flavour: Fructose-glucosesyrup , oat bran (15%), rice flour, milk protein, puffed rice (rice semolina, sugar, wheat gluten, palm fat, barley malt flour, salt), maltodextrin, chocolate biscuit pieces (5%) [farine de blé, sucre, graisse de palme, cacao maigre en poudre, huile de colza, sirop de glucose, lait écrémé en poudre, poudre à lever (carbonate de sodium, acide tartrique), sirop de malt d’orge, sel, arôme, extrait de malt d’orge], almond paste, oat flakes (3%), humectant (glycerol), sodium citrate, fructose, flavouring, magnesium carbonate, salt.

May contain: peanuts, hazelnuts, soya.

Directions for use:

1–4 bars per day. 1 bar with a drink in the hour leading up to exercise and/or during exercise at regular intervals. The bar can be eaten in several portions if required.
