Ingredients:
Strawberry-Banana flavour: Maltodextrin, water, fructose, sodium chloride, acidity regulator (lactic acid), sodium citrate, preservative (potassium sorbate), natural flavourings.

Directions for use:
Take one gel every 40 minutes during your sessions. Make sure you stay well hydrated after each intake!
