SIS GO Isotonic Energy Gel Lemon/Lime 60ml

A SIS Science In Sport Isotonic gel and you’re off again. Rich in carbohydrates, this sachet offers something priceless: energy. Like a wind turbine whipped by strong winds, this gel will hit your muscle fibres with just as much power to get them back on track for peak performance. Because this product doesn’t just contain a substantial dose of carbohydrates, but also a whole range of sodium, potassium and antioxidants that will have the best possible effect on you. A 60ml gel provides 22 grams of carbohydrates – enough to give you the energy needed to sustain your intense effort. It is recommended that you consume between one and three SIS gels per hour to optimise your carbohydrate intake and go the distance.

These gels should be consumed during exercise and without water. For best results, it is recommended that you wait a few minutes after taking the gel before drinking, to allow the product to work to its full potential. This gel is suitable for vegans and contains no gluten or lactose.

Directions for use:

One to three gels per hour, depending on your preference and the intensity of your exercise. Where possible, do not dilute the product with a drink to ensure it delivers its full energy potential.
