This SIS Science In Sport gel contains the perfect blend to give you the boost you need when you need to pick up the pace. A 60ml gel provides 22 grams of carbohydrates, 118mg of sodium, 9.5mg of potassium and 1.5mg of magnesium, giving you the energy you need to sustain your intense effort. It is recommended that you consume one to three SIS gels per hour to optimise your carbohydrate intake and go the distance. These gels are consumed during exercise and without water. For optimal use, it is recommended to wait a few minutes after taking the gel before drinking, in order to release the product's full potential. These gels are suitable for vegans.
