It contains the stimulating effects of two cups of coffee and provides extra carbohydrates that your muscles will appreciate. It also contains minerals and vitamin B to optimise muscle performance. A 60ml gel provides 22 grams of carbohydrates and contains 150mg of caffeine. It is recommended to consume a gel of this type 1 hour before a short, intense effort or 1 hour before the end of a long effort to optimise concentration and alertness and reduce fatigue. This gel should be consumed before or during exercise without water. For optimal use, it is recommended to wait a few minutes after taking the gel before drinking, in order to release the product's full potential. This gel is suitable for vegans and does not contain gluten or lactose.

Directions for use: one gel 1 hour before a short, intense effort or one gel 1 hour before the end of a long event.
