Apurna Long Distance Hydration energy drink

Apurna Long Distance Hydration Drink meets the needs of athletes who exercise for more than 2 hours.
It contains carbohydrates and electrolytes, which help maintain your performance during prolonged endurance exercise. Its isotonic properties promote water transport in your body for optimal hydration. During exercise, it is advisable to drink regularly, ideally every 15 to 20 minutes. This new version contains amino acids (BCAAs), collagen and vitamins (C, E, B2, selenium, zinc) which help protect cells against oxidative stress. Recommended dosages: - 45 grams (3 scoops) for 500ml of water- 90 grams (6 scoops) for 1000ml of water
