Combining the taste of cola with the power of coffee, this SIS Science in Sport energy gel gives you a simple way to get the stimulating effects of caffeine while supporting your muscles with its high carbohydrate content. It also contains mineral salts and vitamin B to optimise muscle performance, giving you everything you need to beat fatigue. A 60ml gel provides 22 grams of carbohydrates and contains as much caffeine as a cup of coffee. It is recommended to consume a gel 30 minutes before short, intense exercise or 1 hour before the end of long exercise to optimise concentration and alertness and reduce fatigue. This gel can be consumed during exercise without water. For optimal use, it is recommended to wait a few minutes after taking the gel before drinking, in order to release the product's full potential. This gel is suitable for vegans and contains no gluten or lactose.

Directions for use: one gel 30 minutes before a short or intense effort. One gel 1 hour before the end of a long event. If possible, do not dilute the product with a drink to release its full energy potential. It is recommended not to consume more than 5 gels of this type per day. This product is not intended for children under 16 or pregnant women.
