Directions for use:

Mix the contents of one sachet of Drink Mix 160 with 500 ml of water. Be precise, as effectiveness depends on the mixture. The drink is designed to be mixed with water containing <40 mg/L of calcium; otherwise, the mixture may be more difficult to dissolve. When out on a ride, it’s important to remember to shake your water bottle from time to time to ensure a thoroughly homogeneous mixture. The product can be consumed before, during and after exercise. The Maurten drink is to be consumed on its own; do not add any flavouring syrup, as this will compromise the drink’s technology and absorption capacity (by breaking down the carbohydrate chain).
