Composition: 9 EAA (BCAA): Histidine: Necessary for tissue growth and repair; contributes to the protection of nerve cells; necessary for the production of red and white blood cells. Promotes muscle recovery and wound healing; necessary for the formation of haemoglobin (red blood cell protein).
Leucine (BCAA): Promotes muscle recovery and contributes to blood sugar regulation, growth and muscle tissue repair.
Lysine: Promotes muscle protein production, particularly during recovery from injury or surgery.
Methionine: Good for liver and cardiovascular health; detoxifying effects; promotes the absorption of selenium and zinc.
Phenylalanine: Used to improve mood and as a natural painkiller.
Threonine: Important for the nervous system; acts on fat metabolism and prevents fat accumulation in the liver.
Tryptophan: A natural relaxant that may help relieve insomnia and migraines.
Valine (BCAA): Found in high concentrations in muscles; contributes to muscle metabolism and repair; source of energy for muscles.
16 additional amino acids:
Alanine: Improves glucose metabolism; strengthens the immune system.
Arginine: Lowers blood pressure; helps reduce wound healing time and accelerates tissue repair.
Asparagine: Contributes to the proper functioning of the nervous system.
Aspartic acid: Supports endurance, brain and neurological health.&Cysteine: Promotes healing of burns and wounds; anti-ageing effect. Cystine: Important for collagen (skin protein) production; detoxification and better iron absorption. Important for collagen production (skin protein); detoxification and improved iron absorption.
Glutamic acid: Promotes carbohydrate and lipid metabolism; important for brain function.
Glutamine: Contributes to the proper functioning of the immune system and the treatment of post-operative muscle wasting. Glycine: Main amino acid in collagen and one of the amino acids in creatine; important for the central nervous system.
Hydroxyproline: Major component of collagen; plays a key role in its stability.
Ornithine: Improves athletic performance and combats fatigue; has a detoxifying effect and improves liver function.
Proline: Helps improve skin texture, part of collagen (skin protein); important for muscles, joints and tendons.
Serine: Necessary for fat metabolism, tissue and muscle growth, and proper immune system function.&Taurine: Essential for cardiovascular function, skeletal muscle development and function, and nervous system function.
