Nduranz Nrgy Gel 45 Caffeine Cherry 75g

Designed for runners looking for an energy gel with a touch of caffeine, this Nduranz Nrgy Gel 45 Caffeine Cherry will help boost your energy towards the end of a race, for example. Containing 65 mg of caffeine, this gel is formulated to minimise gastrointestinal discomfort. The caffeine is rapidly absorbed by your body to delay fatigue, maintain your pace and improve concentration and alertness.

In addition to this dose of caffeine, this Nduranz Nrgy Gel 45 Caffeine Cherry contains 45g of carbohydrates, making it one of the most energy-dense gels on the market. Based on the latest research showing that the ideal fuel for cyclists is a combination of glucose and fructose in a ratio of 1:0.8, this energy gel allows the body to absorb more carbohydrates per hour.

This gel also contains electrolytes, including sodium chloride, sodium citrate, potassium, tricalcium citrate and magnesium. A carefully formulated blend that will help you replenish all the fluids lost through sweating whilst ensuring better hydration. This Nduranz Nrgy Gel 45 Caffeine Cherry is sweet without being cloying and has a smooth texture that is easy to consume with a sip of water.

Directions for use:

Nduranz recommends taking 1 to 2 Nrgy Gel 45 with Caffeine per hour. This will provide you with the 45 to 90 g of carbohydrates per hour that cyclists generally need, depending on the duration and intensity of their races or training sessions.

However, you must be mindful of your caffeine intake. The recommended dose during exercise is generally 1 mg of caffeine per kilogram of body weight per hour. However, tolerance to caffeine varies from person to person, so you will need to adjust your intake accordingly.
