6d Sports Drink is an energy drink designed to support your efforts, even the most intense. Thanks to its 2:1 carbohydrate ratio, it encourages rapid energy absorption while providing effective hydration, without weighing down the stomach.

Its formula with 5 electrolytes, including 400 mg sodium, helps to quickly compensate for losses due to perspiration. Easy to digest thanks to its neutral pH and mild taste, it can be consumed without discomfort during training or competition.

Directions for use :

Mix 33 g of powder (1 single-dose sachet) with 500 ml of water. Drink 500-1000 ml per hour during exercise.
