This pack of 6d Sports Gel in a variety of flavours is ideal for adding a touch of variety to your training sessions and competitions. Thanks to their liquid texture and handy size, they are easy to consume even during the most intense workouts.

Formulated with a 2:1 carbohydrate ratio and enriched with 200 mg of sodium, these gels provide rapidly absorbed energy whilst helping to maintain hydration. This mixed pack allows you to enjoy a variety of flavours whilst ensuring a steady energy supply throughout your workout, with 30g of carbohydrates per serving. Adding a Sport Ice gel allows you to try out the product – a real bonus on hot days, as it helps you cool down. 

Directions for use:

Take 1–3 gels per hour during exercise. For the Ice Gel: Use before or during exercise. Place the gels upright in the freezer for at least 12 hours before use. Do not refreeze once thawed.
