This pack of 6d Sports Gel gels in a variety of flavours is ideal to accompany your training sessions and competitions with a touch of variety. Thanks to their liquid texture and practical format, they are easy to consume even during the most intense efforts.

Formulated with a 2:1 carbohydrate ratio and enriched with 200 mg of sodium, these gels provide rapidly assimilated energy while contributing to hydration. This mixed format allows you to vary the pleasures while ensuring a constant energy intake throughout the effort with 30g of carbohydrates per portion. The addition of a Sport Ice gel allows you to discover the product, a big plus on hot days when you need to cool down.

Directions for use :

Take 1-3 gels per hour during exercise. For Ice Gel: Use before or during exercise. Place the gels vertically in the freezer at least 12 hours before use. Do not refreeze after thawing.
