With a 2:1 carbohydrate ratio and 200mg of sodium, they help maintain hydration and energy levels over time. Practical and versatile, they can be used on their own with water to fuel your performance during training as well as in competition.

Directions for use:

Take 1-3 gels per hour during exercise.
