SiS Beta Fuel Electrolyte Raspberry Lemon gel is the ultimate refuelling solution for efforts lasting more than two hours: with 40g of carbohydrates per gel in an optimal 1:0.8 maltodextrin/fructose ratio, it maximises carbohydrate absorption and energy efficiency while minimising the risk of digestive discomfort, a balance scientifically proven to help you perform to the very end. With one gel every 20 minutes, you can easily reach the 80 to 120g of carbohydrates per hour recommended for long rides.

The 200 mg of sodium per gel make all the difference in hot weather or during intense effort: by replacing the electrolytes lost through perspiration, they help the body to maintain its fluid balance and perform well when tiredness sets in. Directions for use :
