HOW AND WHEN TO USE THE BETA FUEL DUAL-SOURCE ENERGY GEL

Each gel contains 40 grams of carbohydrates. Depending on the intensity of your effort or your event, you should aim to consume 1 to 3 gels every hour throughout the duration of the effort. The aim is to achieve an intake of 80g to 120g of carbohydrates per hour. In certain circumstances, such as in cold weather, it may be necessary to consume more. Simply tear open the top of the packet and squeeze the contents into your mouth as and when required.
