They can be eaten at any time of day, as a healthy snack, for an extra energy boost, when you’re feeling peckish, or before, during or after training.
Strawberry - Cashew nuts: Oat flakes (gluten-free), organic rice syrup, dried strawberries [strawberries, fructose, acidity regulator: citric acid, preservative: sorbic acid], blueberries infused with fruit juice [blueberries, concentrated fruit juice, sunflower oil], extra virgin olive oil, date paste [date paste, maize oil], cashew nuts.
Pistachio - Chia: Oats (gluten-free) (50%), organic rice syrup, date paste, pistachio (6.99%), extra virgin olive oil, chia seeds (1.5%), sesame seeds (1%).
Banana Bread: Oat flakes (gluten-free) (46.52%), organic rice syrup, walnuts (Juglans Regia), date paste, extra virgin olive oil, dried banana (5.6%), natural flavouring.
