The 4Endurance 2:1 Orange Jelly Bar builds on the original Jelly Bar concept with a unique texture, halfway between an energy bar and a gel. Made from 50% fruit pulp, it provides 20 g of carbohydrates in a 2:1 glucose-fructose ratio to deliver fast-acting, easily absorbed energy during exercise.

Its compact size fits easily into a jersey pocket, and its juicy texture means it can be eaten without the hassle of a traditional bar. Vegan, gluten-free, gelatine-free and heat-resistant, it’s the perfect companion for long rides and intense workouts.

Directions for use:

During exercise, we recommend consuming 2 to 3 bars per hour to achieve an intake of 60 g/h. Consume with water to optimise absorption.
