Overstim.s -Gel Ultra Energy Gel 48g

Overstim.s ’s Ultra Gel is an energy gel with a hydrogel texture, designed for long-duration exercise. It provides 30 grams of carbohydrates per gel in a 2:1 glucose-to-fructose ratio, enabling athletes to exceed the absorption threshold for a single source of carbohydrates and improving digestive tolerance. Its neutral, very mildly sweet flavour is designed to never become cloying, even after several hours of repeated consumption.

The gel-like texture is easy to consume, without dripping or sticking to your fingers, and without leaving a sticky feeling in the mouth. The gel also provides 190 mg of electrolytes (sodium, magnesium) to help replenish mineral losses caused by sweating. Formulated without preservatives, colourings or acidifiers, it is also gluten-free. Developed in collaboration with athletes from Overstim.s, including François d’Haene, it forms part of the Ultra range dedicated to long-duration exercise.

Directions for use:

Ultra Gel should be consumed during exercise. For a standard intake of 60 g of carbohydrates per hour: 1 Ultra Gel combined with 500 ml of Hydrixir Ultra energy drink. For a sustained intake of 90 g/h: 2 Ultra Gels + 500 ml of Hydrixir Ultra. For a maximum intake of 120 g/h: 3 Ultra Gels + 500 ml of Hydrixir Ultra; this intake level should be built up gradually during training before being used in a race. You can alternate Ultra Gels with Overstim.s ’s chews, bars or purées to vary the textures during exercise.
