The Nduranz Nrgy Gel 45 Banana Caramel features a compact format and high concentration to support activities where energy requirements are high. Each gel provides 45 g of carbohydrates thanks to a combination of maltodextrin and fructose in a 1:0.8 ratio, ideal for easily devising a nutrition strategy suited to long outings and competitions.

Its banana caramel flavour, which is richer than traditional fruity flavours, offers a welcome change as the hours go by. The gel also contains Nduranz Electrolyte Mix, which combines several essential electrolytes, whilst its smooth texture makes it easy to consume whilst exercising. A complete and concentrated gel to keep you fuelled as intensity and duration increase.

Directions for use:

During exercise, we recommend consuming 1 to 2 gels per hour to achieve an intake of 90 g/h. Consume with water to optimise absorption.
