The 226ERS Isotonic Drink 1kg energy drink is specially formulated to maintain optimal hydration and an effective supply of minerals during exercise. During sporting activity, the body loses not only water but also essential electrolytes, which are vital for preventing a drop in performance, cramps or dehydration. This isotonic drink provides an ideal balance of hydration, energy and minerals to support the body throughout exercise.

Its formula contains approximately 17g of carbohydrates per serving derived from amylopectin, a rapidly absorbed energy source that promotes faster glycogen replenishment. Enriched with vitamins, minerals and beta-alanine, it helps delay fatigue and maintain endurance during training. Gluten-free, lactose-free and sugar-free, it is an ideal solution for effective hydration before, during and after exercise.

Directions for use:

During and after exercise: Dilute 20g (1.5 scoops) of powder in 500ml of water and shake. Consume 150ml of the prepared drink every 20 minutes during and after exercise.
