The 226ERS High Energy Gel Caffeine Espresso 76g is a high-performance energy gel designed to support intense and prolonged exercise. Its formula, based on cyclodextrin – a latest-generation carbohydrate – enables rapid and efficient carbohydrate absorption whilst promoting glycogen replenishment. Thanks to its high molecular weight and low osmolarity, it ensures rapid gastric emptying, thereby limiting digestive discomfort during exercise.

With 50g of carbohydrates and approximately 200 kcal per gel, it provides a gradual and sustained energy supply, ideal for endurance sports. The addition of 80 mg of espresso-flavoured caffeine provides a real mental and physical boost, whilst maintaining more stable blood sugar levels and promoting the use of fats as an energy source.

Directions for use:

- During exercise: for moderate or prolonged exercise, consume up to 2 units every 60 minutes during exercise with approximately 300 ml of water.
