The 226ERS Isotonic Caffeine Cola 68g energy gel is designed to provide quick and convenient energy during exercise, without the need for water to consume it. Its isotonic formula already contains the necessary hydration, making it particularly useful during long-distance races, trail runs or cycling trips, when access to water is limited. Thanks to cyclodextrin, a complex carbohydrate, it promotes rapid absorption whilst remaining highly digestible.

Each 68g gel provides 22g of mainly complex carbohydrates for just 1.4g of sugar, offering a gradual and stable energy supply without causing sharp spikes in blood sugar levels. The addition of caffeine helps improve alertness and performance during exercise, whilst its refreshing cola flavour makes it easy and pleasant to consume even during intense exertion.

Directions for use:

- During exercise: for moderate or prolonged exertion, consume up to 1 gel every 60 minutes during exercise.
