This isotonic drink is gluten-free, lactose-free and sugar-free, and contains a blend of vitamins and minerals to support hydration and replenish essential minerals during exercise. It provides approximately 17 g of carbohydrates, mainly from potato starch amylopectin, which promotes faster gastric emptying (up to 80%), quickly replenishes glycogen (up to 70% faster) and contains 100 mg of beta-alanine to delay fatigue. Ideal during workouts of less than 90 minutes, before or after competitions, this drink helps prevent dehydration and hyponatraemia. To prepare the drink, simply dilute 20 g of powder in 500 ml of water and consume regularly during exercise.
