Directions for use:

It is advisable to start drinking Hydrixir right from the start of your workout. Do not wait until you feel thirsty to take your first sip. Then, during your session, you should drink 1 to 2 mouthfuls of Hydrixir Antioxidant every 10 minutes.

For a 500/600 ml bottle: 3 tablespoons (42 g of powder)
