Shimano ’s Deore BL-M6200-L front hydraulic disc brake is designed for mountain bikers looking for reliable, lightweight and perfectly modulated braking. Thanks to its 2-piston caliper, it prioritises precision and control whilst maintaining excellent braking power, making it ideal for cross-country, trail riding or recreational mountain biking. 

Its two-piece design enhances the caliper’s rigidity to improve lever feel and consistent braking performance. Featuring SERVO WAVE technology, this model reduces the initial lever travel to bring the pads closer to the disc more quickly, delivering a more direct bite and optimal modulation. Shimano It also incorporates a low-viscosity mineral oil, combined with seals and pistons made from highly heat-resistant resin, ensuring consistent performance whatever the weather conditions. 

Compatible with resin or metal brake pads without fins, this kit is supplied pre-bled with a 1000 mm hose, perfectly suited for front-wheel fitting. Its BL-M6200 lever, compatible with I-SPEC EV, allows for a clean integration of the controls Shimano for an ergonomic and modern cockpit.
