Shimano XTR M9100 rear MTB disc brake without disc

The Shimano XTR M9100 rear brake is a powerhouse of performance. With its sleek design, the improvements made by the Japanese brand take the XTR brake to the next level, such as a mounting collar placed in the centre of the lever for greater rigidity, thus allowing for more power. The latter is I-Spec-EV compatible so that a Shimano-compatible gear lever or seat post control can be attached. The brake lever is available in carbon fibre to save precious grams and improve ergonomics. The monobloc caliper has two magnesium pistons and a direct-mount hose. The pads can be removed from the top of the caliper for quick and easy replacement. The complete XTR M9100 brake is lightweight, weighing only 312 grams for the front brake (800 mm hose with 160 mm centre lock disc with clamping nut).lt;/div>
