Its wedge-shaped design reduces the risk of snagging on obstacles and allows the derailleur to absorb shocks encountered on technical trails more effectively. 

Fitted with a long SGS steel cage, it prioritises strength and durability whilst remaining fully compatible with Shimano HYPERGLIDE+ 12-speed 10–51-tooth cassettes. Its widened structure enhances the rigidity of the assembly to ensure smooth gear changes, even under heavy load.
