Shimano ’s Deore BL-M6220-L front hydraulic disc brake is designed for mountain bikers seeking powerful, precise and perfectly controlled braking on the most demanding trails. Fitted with a 4-piston caliper, it delivers high braking power with excellent modulation, ideal for trail riding, all-mountain, enduro or e-MTB. 

Its two-piece design ensures optimum rigidity whilst improving stress dissipation during intensive braking. SERVO WAVE technology reduces lever travel to bring the pads closer to the disc quickly, offering a crisp bite and exceptional control. Shimano It also incorporates low-viscosity mineral oil, next-generation piston seals and heat-resistant resin pistons to guarantee consistent performance whatever the weather conditions. 

Compatible with resin or metal brake pads without fins, this brake is supplied pre-bled with a 1000 mm hose, suitable for front-wheel fitting. Its I-SPEC EV-compatible lever allows for seamless integration with Shimano controls, creating an ergonomic and streamlined cockpit.
