Directions for use:

To achieve the best buffering effect, we recommend combining this drink with bicarbonate capsules, following our protocol guidelines.

Important note:

As bicarbonate is high in sodium, excessive consumption may cause digestive problems. You should therefore limit your other salt intake and not exceed 4 servings per day.
