Turbo Ice Gel is an ice-cold energy gel designed to provide 40g of carbohydrates in a rapidly absorbed cola version, while helping to cool body temperature during exercise. With an optimal glucose:fructose ratio of 1:0.8 and 200 mg of sodium per gel, it also contributes to hydration. Available in Lemon-Cola and Lime flavours, Turbo Ice Gel combines performance and a refreshing sensation to support your intense training sessions.

To use Turbo Ice Gel, freeze it first so that it is ready to consume during exercise, providing both energy and internal cooling. We recommend taking 1 to 2 gels per hour, depending on your carbohydrate requirements and the intensity of your exercise. This gel can be consumed iced or in liquid gel mode depending on your possibilities.
