The Amacx Energy Oat Bar is designed to provide a gradual source of energy thanks to its blend of simple and complex carbohydrates, derived mainly from oat flakes. Consume before, during or after exercise depending on your carbohydrate requirements. It is recommended to consume 1 to 3 bars per hour of exercise. Due to their high fibre content, these bars are particularly suitable at the start of exercise.

Coconut flavour: Oat malt (51%), fructose-glucose syrup, coconut oil, coconut pieces, isomaltulose, sweetener (sorbitol), wheat germ, linseed, linseed oil, acidity regulator (citric acid), apple pectin, flavouring.
