226ERS Energy Drink Lemon 500g

The 226ERS Energy Drink Lemon is ideal for your training sessions and competitions. When you need a significant energy boost to avoid a dip in performance, this drink will meet your needs. Each bottle provides 45g of carbohydrates, as well as vitamins such as taurine and minerals such as sodium, helping to supply energy to the muscles and compensate for salt loss due to sweating.

Directions for use:

Dilute 4 scoops (50g) of the product in 500ml of water and shake. Consume regularly in small doses of 150-200ml every 15-20 minutes, both before and during exercise.
